Our Growing Boy

Alright, Hannah! You asked for pictures of Alvin, so here you go...I'm ashamed to say that we don't really have that many. We don't have any of him sitting on his own, for instance. He's still working on mastering that skill, but you would think that kind, loving parents like us would have run for the camera the first time he sat for a few seconds without toppling over! Oh well. In my defense I have refrained from taking naked bath pictures...

This is Alvin (and Lida) at about 3 months of age.

He was remarkably calm and nonchalant considering it was his first Christmas!

This is Alvin about 3 weeks ago trying rice cereal for the first time.
Isn't he a nice clean eater? If he had his way, he would dive head first into the bowl and gobble it all up. This little boy LOVES his food!

With his big sister again. I was afraid that Lida would resent having a baby around taking up Mommy's time and attention. How wrong I was! Lida loves her baby brother and lavishes a great deal of her "big sister" affection on him.

You will notice that there are no pictures of Alvin with Andrew or Katherine. That is because I can't get them to pay attention to their little brother with out great coercion on my part. "You will hold your baby brother or else..."
